  • In your Google Scholar profile, click “TITLE” to sort your publications. This will allow you to verify if there are duplicate entries of the same publication.
  • Duplicates may arise because Google Scholar draws data from different sources (e.g abstract, working paper, conference paper, journal article of the same paper). Choose the more authoritative source and merge/delete the duplicate entries.
  • Follow the steps in the guide to import publications from Google Scholar into ORCID.
