Q. Can I still borrow books if I lose my student matriculation card or NIE staff card?

Please request for a replacement of your lost card at the Student Services Centre (SSC) for students, or the Human Resources Department (HRD) for staff and file a separate report at the Library by approaching the Service Point (Level 2). Subsequently, you may present your NRIC at the Service Point for library staff to check out books to your account. Alternatively, you may use your NTU Pass for borrowing books at the Selfcheck Machines or Service Point.
