Q. I am not in service with either NIE or MOE. How do I get access to NIE Library's resources?

If you are not contracted to MOE, you may apply for an external membership with the NIE Library. Please note that external members are only able to access online resources on-site at the Library. To apply complete the application form at library.nie.edu.sg/membership-registration
