Q. How do in-service teachers posted at schools or MOE Headquarters access resources from the NIE Library?

If you are an in-service teacher or MOE staff, you may apply for a Teacher Membership with the NIE Library. Please note that teacher members are only able to access online resources on-site at the Library.

Submit the application form at: https://libris.nie.edu.sg/form/external_membership
If you are an in-service teacher or MOE staff, your application is charged a one-time processing fee of $20 (excluding GST). Subsequently, you may renew your membership annually by emailing libcirc@nie.edu.sg

Fees can be paid at the Service Point (Level 2, entrance) by Cashcard, NETS, NETS Flashpay or NETS QR.
