Q. Can I place a hold on a book before coming down to NIE to collect it?

You may place a hold for on-shelf books from the following collections:

• Lending Collection (Level 4, Right Wing)
• Chinese, Malay & Tamil Language (Level 2, Right Wing)

After clicking on "Place Hold", you will be prompted to log in to your library account.

You will be prompted to select where to pick up your holds when it is ready for collection. You can either collect from:

• Outside the library: 24-hour SMART Lockers (Level 1, next to the lift)
• Within the library: Service Point (Level 2, Entrance)
