Q. Why don't I see the option to place a hold on a book?

The option to "Place Hold" will appear on the item record in the library catalogue if:

1) All copies have been loaned out.

2) The book is from the following collections:
Lending Collection (Level 4)
Chinese, Malay & Tamil Language (Level 2, Right Wing)

Kindly email libcirc@nie.edu.sg if you encounter any problems with placing a hold on the item.
