Q. Will I be notified when my books on hold are ready for collection?

A notification will be sent via email to inform you that the book(s) you have placed on hold are ready for collection. Please check the email address registered under your library account.

Do note that your holds must be collected within 1 week of the email notification or your hold will lapse.

Depending on which pick-up point you selected when you placed a hold, you can either collect from:

• Outside the library: 24-hour SMART Lockers (Level 1, next to the lift); Or
• Within the library: Service Point (Level 2, Entrance)
